Hi -- visited Kiaramas area and love Ayuria condos.
Am looking for a unit there...but the price is too high for me. I was wondering if there are any owners who would urgently like to rent their unit out at a lower rate. Maybe some owners who think it's better to have it rented out for one year than keeping it empty. My budget maximum is 3,500 RM.
