It's at level P5A car park of Block B, take the lift near the corner of BBQ area, go down to P5A floor. There are two courts available

I noticed that the badminton courts were being occupied by a big group of players in the evening on certain days of the week.  Just wonder whether they are Ayuria's owners?

Hi Chenmay,

If you have the exact time and date, please check with guard house and find out who made the bookings.  We shall report to the management accordingly.

Cheers,

What is the rule on using the facility, not only badminton court, I also saw some people from outside walking in to our complex, carry tenis racquet and head to tennis court. Saw it few times now, but can't remember the exact time and date.

I know that a few non resident owners use these courts. Hopefully the people you walking in were owners. Anyway the management will remind the guards.

Those people for sure no resident, coz they park their cars outside. Next to the barrier by the entrance.

Hi, I just used the badminton court once recently and never realized that us residents are required to pay to use the courts? Why is that so? We are paying a maintenance fee and should be allowed to use all facilities within the condo. I have never heard of residents having to pay on top of the maintenance fee, just to use a court? Can management pls explain this to me?

By creating this payment fee, they are encouraging people to use the courts without prior booking so that mangement is not aware and they wont need to pay.

The payment is to cover part of the additional cost of electricity. In the case of the tennis courts, night users are charged.
The guards are supposed to ensure that only those who have booked properly( and paid) use the courts.

I would advise the management to paint the walls to a darker color in the future. Having the walls white makes it hard to play because its glaring to the eyes. Thx :)

The management will take note of this suggestion.
