Hey guys, I'm Jac Quak a new member in this forum! Last year 2009 "we" bought 5 units at Ayuria block C. 1 villa; 2x 2002sq.ft and 2x 1605sq.ft.

The villa is renting out to a French guy, the 2 big units are for own stay and the 2 smaller units are doing renov. now trying to finish by CNY. The 2 smaller units are for sale/rent!

Any idea what is the highest transaction price so far? I mean for 1605sq.ft.

This is the villa that we bought, private lift and private pool, the entrance to the unit, balcony around the unit and 100% green! wink
