Hi, I'm looking for rent of unit at 2013sqft, partial furnish, long term. family of 4, very good tenants from Switzerland (able to take good care of properties). to move in by oct 2010 .max budget 5k. Any owner who wants to rent with focus of long term rental, and tenants who can look after your property?
