I love animals, be it DOGS or CATS or BIRDS, and i do agree that it gives anyone some joy and happiness it their life but everything as a limit...

Shocking to know there’s a Golden Retriever living in one of the units but it’s actually the owners fault, if he/she knows how to clean the dogs pooh and not let it around, control the noise then I guess its ok... Like in overseas where the owners are fine for not cleaning up after their dogs pooh, walking with plastic bags for picking up their Dog's pooh and throw them away in the bin.... Now, why can’t it work here???

I believe if anyone steps or walk into a lift with a DOG pooh... that sure upsets the person... So, let’s be fair in this matter... Having a resident’s election is not a way to go as it is against the law as mentioned and we might face further issues if everyone decides to have a dog and it makes so much noise, the whole area will stink and u will have sleepless nights.... Now, how do you suggest to handle that situation???

Residents who keep little pets, they are to be held accountable for any pooh or stink or noise their pets make....  Have a penalty or fine or something....

It’s based on psf, area of location and its best you speak to DBKL, as it was assessed by their officers. Which I sincerely think it’s a little bit too much...  I tried to negotiate but to no avail...

It’s correct that anyone who has 1605 pays about RM$720 for 6 mths and multiply by 2 for the whole year....  its calculated on the bill at RM$24,000 and the charge is at 6%....

Anyway, if we don’t pay they will charge us a billing fee of RM$14.00 or something....

All the best.... My suggestion is that the committee could write to DBKL on behalf of all residence and get a discount for all....

1.       Statement on the Cafe - I have never been there, but this is business, why would you want to have a business that does not make an income for you and your family?? Dont need to gang up on them. Let the Mgmt team handle it.

2.       Going against the rules and regulations of the building order. It does give an eyesore to the building and I have no intention of selling but living here and having to see the eyesore is not good....

3.       Read what u write and understand it before proceeding...

You said u don’t use ur a/c often but u do... U still drive even if u know there’s a bus service right at the end of the road, down the hill.... Since u mentioned about a free country, perhaps you really don’t know that under the building act in an apartment building does state that u r not to hang ur clothes out at the balcony... Period!!

If this is a Malaysian government thing then perhaps u should take it with them or maybe just maybe see if it was better from where u come from...???

I think you have the right explanations to the topic above…. We think as a whole and not just one sided…  If we do think about the environment, then by all means show it ( don’t just talk about it and be selfish ) as I think the a/c’s in the building is used on a daily basis …

Why do people like to point fingers only NOT to realize that 4 other fingers are pointing at them?? Do they drive to work? Do they use a/c a lot at home? Go green with candles then….

Things to remind all tenants & management:-

1.       Drive on the right side of road, It doesn’t mean if u drive a car, you should behave rudely.  Be patient.

2.       Security – should ask the lorry drivers who are loading or unloading to park at the side and collect their respective passes and not block the driveway or entrance of the main gate.

3.       Tenants should dry themselves before entering the condo lobby and lifts to avoid slippery floors.

4.       Please install radio or tv in gym for an added facilities.

5.       Gym air-condition is not working properly ( 01 unit )
