I have stayed in few condos around KLCC and Mont Kiara. All of them allow residents to have a small pets. I do understand some of residents don't like to have dogs, cats and etc. But I believe that more than half of residents love to have one. why don't we stage a all residents election, let us to decide if we can have a small pet or not?

Since you brought up these ways to "save the earth", I think that I have done my best to do so. Unlike many people, I don't use my air-condition often, and if Malaysia government and management could somhow improve the public transportation system to kiaramas area, then I would, with no excuse, start using my car much less often.

This is a free country, people have rights to do something under law and certain regulation. Since you think those people who hang their clothes in the balcony are ignorant, I have no word to say, don't be so rude.

We should keep in mind that our earth is warmming up due to human activities such as using dryer instead of sun. we should not think only about the value of the Condo, but also our planet where we live. For sure I am able to afford the cost of using dryer but it's too selfish to only consider our investment? EvenI am a owner of kiaramas Ayuria, I am more concern with our living enviornment. Malaysia is tropical country with so many beautiful sunny days, why don't we think about how to make use of them? we should fully utilize such natural advantages. Again as a owner, I totally disagree with your opinion. I am going to continue hanging my clothes under the sun, unless there is such provision of law which declare nobody allows to hang clothes on their balcony. 

If you feel the food and drink are pricing, don't buy it. It's easy.

I don't know why the management allows cafe owner to rent public area without agree from other owners. certainly the cafe occupied other owner's  BBQ area which is more important than any kind of business purposes.

I would propose to all of us, don't go to the cafe. Let it die.

It's at level P5A car park of Block B, take the lift near the corner of BBQ area, go down to P5A floor. There are two courts available

1. The main switch is located in store room which is next to your guest washroom.
2.There are three plugs at same place, named as SAT, TV & FM. The SAT is Astro plug point. If you have Astro decoder and account alredy, you may directly connect the cable from your decoder to it. TV is for public TV program and FM is radio.
3. for Internet, you can contact Kamarudin who is the contact person for internet installation. His contact info can be collected from management office.

I am still facing disconnecting during internet browsing. Almost every 15 minutes, I will have disconnetion for few minutes. Is there any solution for this kind of issue?
